The client managed 3 suppliers and 2 sales channels with manual spreadsheets. Overselling due to out-of-sync stock, late shipment notifications, and hours of daily copy-paste were costing revenue and customer trust.
Notre Solution
We built a central automation hub that polls supplier APIs every 5 minutes to sync stock levels, auto-routes new orders to the cheapest available supplier, and pushes live tracking updates back to the storefront and customer email. A rule engine handles edge cases: backorders, split shipments, and supplier fallback.
Les Résultats
Reduced order processing time from 4 hours to under 3 minutes per day. Overselling incidents dropped to zero. Customer WISMO (Where Is My Order) support tickets fell by 70%. Platform now handles 500+ orders/day without additional headcount.
